Located in the Freyr district, this is a shop for all of your high-end and custom clothing/accessory needs. While we specialize in women's couture, the occasional menswear piece can be found in the shop as well. Available for purchase in the shop is fashion designer Rarity's latest collection of outfits, hats, and jewelry. In addition, there are many odd pieces that were born out of a short spurt of inspiration.

Prices for anything from the Carousel Boutique ranges from expensive to ridiculously expensive. However, Rarity is pretty generous, and will give discounts to people who are in severe need of fabulosity. She will also allow people to pay in increments/installments if they need to.
